You might have found Cocochoco for sale in places other than our Irish and UK websites. But how do you know if you can trust them and their product offerings?
Well, in Ireland it is easy – we hold exclusive distribution rights for the Irish market, so www.cocochoco.ie is the only place that you should be able to purchase Cocochoco products from. This means that anyone selling to Ireland outside of our website is doing so against the manufacturers explicit conditions set out in their contracts. So, this means that either the seller is being untruthful with the manufacturer about where they are selling the products, or they are not purchasing the products directly from the manufacturer which is even more concerning. When you place an order with us, your order is directly imported to the system of the trusted fulfilment centre that we work with. We deliver stock directly to them, and they ship the order directly to you, our customer.
Things are a little different in the UK however. The UK marketplace is an open market – no single distributor or reseller has exclusive distribution rights for the UK market, which means that many companies are operating in the space. Some of them will have genuine products and services, but unfortunately others do not. Our UK website is www.cocochocoprofessional.co.uk – our company works solely with the manufacturer. We do not include any other third parties, resellers, wholesalers, distributors, etc, in our business. We do not supply products to any other companies or businesses, so as we have no involvement or affiliations with other companies, we cannot say what their business practices are, the source of their products, etc.
In the UK we operate www.cocochocoprofessional.co.uk and no other site. When you order with us through this site, your order is fulfilled from our UK warehouse, so you will never be liable for any customs or import fees. We ship products directly to our trusted fulfillment partner, who then ships orders directly to you, our customer.
We offer training in our full product range, and training is hosted solely on our Irish website – our head office is in Ireland. So, if you click on the training link from our UK website, you will be redirected to our Irish site to book/purchase. This is the only time you will be directed from our website to any other website.
Our company does not sell through Amazon, or any other third party platform, and we are not affiliated with anyone who does. Unfortunately we cannot verify the authenticity of any products that we do not sell, and sometimes when a price appears too good to be true it often is. We would be wary of buying from any platforms or sellers who have not been verified by the manufacturers as authorised sellers/distributors.
